Program Description
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Sunrise Contracting related to your account and active projects, including:
- Appointment reminders and schedule changes
- Project status updates from your assigned crew or project manager
- Estimate, contract, and document signature requests
- Invoice and payment notifications and receipts
- Replies from our team in response to your messages
How to Opt In
You can opt in to receive SMS messages in any of the following ways:
- Checking the SMS consent box in the Sunrise Contracting client portal at https://sunrise-crm.lovable.app/client-portal.
- Providing written or verbal consent to a Sunrise Contracting representative, who records the consent in our CRM.
- Replying START to a Sunrise Contracting number after a previous opt-out.
Consent language used at opt-in: "I agree to receive SMS messages from Sunrise Contracting Group LLC about my project, appointments, invoices, and documents. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

Message frequency varies based on the activity on your project.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Sunrise Contracting does not charge for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard rates will apply.
How to Opt Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and will not send you any more SMS messages. You can opt back in at any time by replying START.
